Our menus change with the seasons and with the fresh produce available from the markets and the sea.

breakfast
Select from a range of freshly baked muffins, croissants or buttermilk pancakes. For the hearty eater there are farm fresh eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, corn fritters, mushrooms, potato rosti and roasted tomatoes.

In the evenings we would love you to join us to enjoy what our many regular customers return for time and again. Our 'real' food, prepared with love and attention to detail, using the freshest of seasonal and locally available produce.

Our sourdough bread which we bake daily at Tillermans is a fitting start to your meal and it epitomises what our food and hospitality is all about.

licensing
To complement your meal, we are a fully licensed restaurant. Our wines are sourced mainly from small local vineyards of the Hunter and mid north Coast. This offers you the chance to try wines that you may not have otherwise tasted. We also stock an extensive range of beers and spirits.
